Article 11 4 of the Electric Power Technology Management Act

The design documentation of the electric power facility must be subject to design supervision as prescribed by the President.

Design documents subject to design supervision (Article 18 of the Enforcement Decree of the Power Technology Management Act)

In accordance with Article 11, Paragraph 4 of the Electric Power Technology Management Act, a design book for the installation work of electric power facilities falling under any of the following subparagraphs shall be subject to design supervision.

1. Power generation facilities with a capacity of 800,000 kW or more
2. Transmission and substation facilities with a voltage of 300,000 V or more 3. Receiving facilities with a voltage of 100,000 V or more, on-premises distribution facilities, and power-using facilities
4. Receiving facilities on electric railroads, on-premises distribution facilities, and electric lanes Facilities, power-use facilities
5. International airport faucet facilities, on-site distribution facilities, and power-use facilities
6. Buildings other than multi-storey apartments and multi-story buildings with 21 or more stories, or power facilities of buildings with a total floor area of ​​more than 21 or more than 50,000㎡
7 Other power facilities deemed necessary by the Minister of Commerce, Industry and Energy
